If you’re experiencing problems, there are a couple of things you can do.
Try a forced download to the set top box
- Power off at the mains.
- Press backup on the set top box and hold down.
- Re-apply the mains keeping the backup button pressed.
- Wait 30 or so seconds, until all the lights come on the set top box and a message appears on the tv to wait 10 minutes.
- After the download the set top box will go in to standby. Wait around 1 minute.
Contact your satellite dish installer to adjust your reception
You could be suffering from poor weather conditions, or poor weather recently that may have moved the receive dish. A dish can move slightly and not affect some frequencies but will affect others. You can request your dish installer “peak” their dish direction for the H&C frequency.
