If you are watching a programme that appears stretched, this could be because your Sky box and / or television are set up incorrectly.
There are a few steps to try, but these will vary between Sky box and television makes.
- Ensure your Sky box’s HDMI picture settings are on automatic, and not 720 or 1080
- Ensure your television’s picture settings are on automatic or original
- If you are using an HDMI cable, try swapping this for a scart lead.
