Application seems to be broken

Sometimes interrupted downloads while in transit (for example, moving out of a WiFi zone on a train) can cause the application to not display videos correctly - or even crash.


If this happens, don't worry - you just need to clear the application cache for the live TV, catch-up and on demand videos to appear properly again.

How this is done changes on a device by device basis, but the general instructions are:
  1. Open application manager.
  2. Locate and select the H&C Play App
  3. Force stop the H&C App 
  4. Clear the app's cache (you may need to clear the data as well, but try the cache first)
  5. Re-launch the app

You may need to sign in again, by re-entering your email address and password.
