If this happens, don't worry - you just need to clear the application cache for the live TV, catch-up and on demand videos to appear properly again.
How this is done changes on a device by device basis, but the general instructions are:
- Open application manager.
- Locate and select the H&C Play App
- Force stop the H&C App
- Clear the app's cache (you may need to clear the data as well, but try the cache first)
- Re-launch the app
You may need to sign in again, by re-entering your email address and password.
